Our Hero, Our Pride, Lee Chong Wei

As we acknowledge, Olympics 2012 is being held in London. Last night was the final match badminton to determine the gold and silver medal place between 2 powerful player, Lee Chong Wei from Malaysia and Lin Dan from China.

As Malaysian, of course, I wanted our player to win the gold as he and our 28 millions people wished.  It was a neck-to-neck and amazing good game. However, the luck did not go our way. Chong Wei was defeated by 21-15, 10-21, 19-21.

Silver medal for Malaysia

Chong Wei shed tears as the game ended and during the distribution of medals. As soon as the game ended, he on his twitter, kept apologized to Malaysian that he could not get gold. But, instead of dissapointed of him, we Malaysian are proud and thankful of him. Eventhough he did not get the gold, to us, he himself is a gold.

To our hero, Chong Wei, cheer up and thank you, we will keep support you no matter what. You’ve work really hard for us and our country. Welcome home to our 28 millions people embrace.

Hope that we could bring more our new player into the world. #TeamMalaysia #ThankYouLeeChongWei

‘Away We Happened’ has been released till episode 5 out of 6 episode.

The series is about Jen (Jen FrmHeadToToe) and Daniel (VictorKim) accidentally exchange their luggage and lead them to meet in person in order to exchange it back. However, a conflict arising because of a ‘stupid’ letter, Jen wrote for her ex-boyfriend, which somehow end up with Daniel’s thing…

The questions are ‘WHO DO YOU THINK IS RIGHT OR WRONG?’ and ‘IS IT OVER BETWEEN DANIEL AND JEN?’

I have following this series since its trailer released. Honestly its an awesome web series I ever watched.

TRAILER :

EPISODE 2 :

Episode 2 : Jen & Daniel opened each other bag

EPISODE 3 :

Episode 3 : Daniel get ready for his flight to LA and meet Jen

Episode 3 : Jen’s interview went well

Episode 3 : Jen was talking to Jeremy

Episode 4 : Jen and Daniel selca *self-camera

Plus, thumbs up for Wong Fu Production along with Victor Kim and Jen in producing a good-great-awesome-excellent series. Eventhough Victor is a b-boy dancer and also a singer, it doesn’t mean he can’t deliver a great acting.

Type of Headaches

Here I wanted to share something what I have read at yahoo health about ‘What Kind of Headache Do You Have?’

Well its quite interesting topic since me as students, yes absolutely faced headache since we got a lot of assignment and assessment every single day.

Now lets see which type of headache you have faced and what is the reasons and how to relieve it.

Tension Headache

The scoop: This is by far the most common type of headache, affecting as many 90 percent of people at some point in their life. It’s caused by tightness in the muscles of the scalp and the back of the neck.

Symptoms: Dull pressure or tightness in a band around the head, especially the forehead. Usually no other symptoms.

Pain: Mild to moderate

Triggers: Stress or fatigue

Treatment: OTC pain relievers like ibuprofen and naproxen. Taking some time to de-stress-deep breathing, gentle yoga, napping, or meditation-might also help.

Sinus Headache

The scoop: It’s extremely uncommon; most people who think they have one actually have a migraine. “Almost half of people with migraines have runny or stuffy nose or teary eyes with their headaches,” Dr. Tepper explains.

Symptoms: Pain around the nose and eyes; runny nose, often accompanied by fever.

Pain: Mild to severe

Triggers: An acute sinus infection

Treatment: OTC pain relievers and sinus meds

Cluster Headache

The scoop: Rare, it affects 0.1 percent of the people, more commonly men. Because it tends to occur at the same time every day, doctors suspect the hypothalamus-the part of the brain that controls the body clock-is involved.

Symptoms: Intense, penetrating pain behind one eye that usually starts shortly after you fall asleep. They last an hour or two but come in clusters of one or two headaches a day over several weeks.

Pain: Excruciating

Triggers: Alcohol. Also more common in smokers.

Treatment: Prevention can include Rx drugs, nerve blocks injected into the back of your head, and melatonin. Triptans and other medications are used to treat an attack once it’s started.
